  • Any dates cancelled within 48 hours requires a 50% of rate cancellation fee.

    Any dates cancelled within 24 hours requires a 100% of rate cancellation fee.

    Deposits cannot be used for future dates.

    In the rare event I should have to cancel, I will immediately refund you.

  • I take suggestions such as dressy, casual, athletic, etc.

    Please trust that I will come dressed well and that I don’t allow specifications unless you decide to purchase the items yourself.

  • Occasionally I tour cities such as San Francisco, New York, Boston, and DC. You can subscribe to receive updates at the very bottom of my website. A 40% deposit is required.

    However, I love FMTYs! I require a 40% deposit + hotel and flight accommodation fees up front. The rest can be covered in person.

  • I don't kiss and tell and expect the same.

  • I take same day requests occasionally. For same-day appointments, please add 300 to the rate.

  • Cash is king! Any digital payment method outside of the initial deposit must be discussed in advance and paid in full a day before our date.

— 3 hour bookings or more require room service or time outside of the room.

While I may sound straight-forward over messages, I have a vanilla career that takes up most of my time so I am often short and sweet in my exchanges. This may be off-putting to some, but rest assured that online demeanor does not carry over in person!
